Introduction

Meadow LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your family's privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you use the Meadow app. We will never sell your personal data. That's a promise.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Meadow is a parent-facing app. All accounts are created and managed by parents or guardians. We do not collect any personal information from children. Children do not create accounts or submit any data to Meadow.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Birth year and month: your child's birth year and month when you onboard.
• Device information: device type, OS version, and app version, used solely for analytics and crash reporting.
• Purchase information: if you subscribe, RevenueCat and Apple process your transaction. We do not collect or store payment details directly. Any purchase data RevenueCat receives is governed by their privacy policy.

That's it. We do not collect location data, contacts, or any information from your children.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Meadow account.
• To restore your subscription across devices.
• To diagnose crashes and improve app performance.
• To send optional emails if you've opted into our newsletter.

Third-Party Services

Meadow uses the following services that may process the data described above:

• Firebase (Google): analytics and crash reporting.
• RevenueCat: subscription management and purchase validation. If you subscribe, RevenueCat may collect purchase history and your Apple ID-associated information as part of transaction processing.
• Cloudflare: content delivery and asset storage.
• Apple App Store: payment processing and subscription billing. All payment information is handled directly by Apple.

Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We will never sell your personal information, not now, not ever. We do not share your data with anyone except the services listed above as necessary to operate the app. Your family's data is not a product.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion, contact us at taylor@meadowsleep.com and we'll remove it promptly.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely in the cloud. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at taylor@meadowsleep.com .

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app grows. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
